Pronouns:  she/her

I am deeply passionate about self-improvement, dedicating significant effort to enhance both my personal and professional understanding of how to elevate our quality of life. My professional journey commenced in my twenties within the realm of psychiatric inpatient care, and I subsequently transitioned to outpatient mental health services. This was followed by a rewarding stint in addiction treatment, culminating in the last 15 years spent in private practice.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, diverse backgrounds, and a wide spectrum of life circumstances. My approach to each client is characterized by genuine care and unwavering empathy. I tailor my interventions to meet them where they currently stand, collaboratively charting a course toward their individualized goals.

I possess extensive experience in addressing a broad spectrum of challenges, encompassing family conflicts, adolescent issues, divorce-related struggles, anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, low self-confidence, parenting concerns, young adult life transitions, and a wide array of additional difficulties.

Personally, I have a family including two teenage boys. I love to travel and I spent most of my twenties living in different countries. Currently, I live and work on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
